A Fly Tipping problem has been found

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6386810.

Mr Ramadani at no. 5 is yet again putting stuff on footpath and highway. Wheelchair user at no. 7. Putting garden debris on path. Despite me putting it back in his garden he is putting it back on the path. Children play on this grass yet he has had work material on the public grass verge for 3 months now unused. It’s becoming an issue.
