End of the cul de sac - hedges and overgrown shrubs

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6386779.

The hedges and the ground shrubs are overgrown at the end of the cul de sac and is covering/blocking the drain. The ground needs clearing and hedges trimmed back
