Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6373641.

There is a very large loose branch which has been placed in the tree. It is a hazard and needs to be removed. If it is to fall into the brook it will block the trash gate and increase the potential risk of flooding.

I noticed it around a week ago.
