Property operating as AirBnB. Rubbish is piled at the rear of the house and bins never put out for collection. Area pictured attracting rats for months. The rats rip open the bags and nobody cleans up, just adds more rubbish. Tenants change weekly. Have posted letters through the door addressed to property owner to no avail.
