A dog keeps fouling in the back alley way the dog also keeps fouling on our car park. We are supported living accommodation with 6 vulnerable ladies staff and our ladies have stepped in dog foul a few times staff are having to go out and clean this up I witnessed the dog fouling whilst in a taxi pulling up to our car park the dogs owner lets the dog out of his back gate to wander up and down the back alley way while he sits on the bonnet of a car this issue has been going on for months but we were unaware of whose dog kept fouling. The dog shouldn’t be wandering around alone children use this alley way daily
