Adjacent to 24 flowerscroft but actually on Newcastle rd Stapeley verge

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6311615.

These bins originally belonged to wickstead close, but they have been dumping them in my street flowerscroft for weeks for some reason, I guess the black bin is no longer used as the woman from 7 wickstead has a small bin now, chances are she may have reported it in, but I doubt it as they do act in an unneighbourly way as bins clutter up the street after collection day, the other bin is a garden bin, clearly they don’t want to use it anymore as the payment permit has not been affixed but it definitely used to belong to wickstead as I recognise the tag I am sick stinking bins being dumped outside my house so have wheeled them to the lay-by for easy access to collect thanks
