Grass Verge overgrown as you turn into Beeston Close from Broxton Avenue CW100SE

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6309610.

This grass verge has not been cut by Cheshire East Council for many years and my water meter is somewhere in this grass jungle. I urgently need water usage consumption readings taken. I cannot take these readings because the grass is completely overgrown due to Cheshire East Council's negligence. It IS NOT the water company's responsibility to locate said meter as I have been informed by Cheshire East if this verge was cut there would be no issue.
