The closed fishing shop next to Victoria’s closest on Bond Street. This project was due to be turned into housing and has since been abandoned. It is an eyesore to residents with building debris left in the yard, it is a health and safety risk. The back of our house faces it directly as you can see on the picture. This has been an issue since we moved into the property on 40 Lyon Street in June 2023. Other residents shared it has been left like that long before. Not only that, one of the doors is open and pigeons have moved in. I am currently pregnant and these animals carry disease. I have also seen a dead one on the floor and they make noise. The council need to address this entire property as a matter of urgency.
