The grids are blocked and have been blocked FOR MONTHS. There is another report from March, and nothing has been done about it. One is completely sealed shut with silt and dirt, so NO water is able to be drained, another is full of leaves and dirt, so will quickly fill up with heavy rain. See the attached photos, because this is a joke now.
