There has been an ongoing issue for years with the road flooding. You acknowledged the issue with the neighbours at 42 and put a floodgate on their property going 50:50 with united utilities and raising the curb. This has no forced the problem onto my property given I am down hill from them! I’ve reported this before and you’ve done nothing I have and will be taking further legal advice as you clearly don’t care that you are putting my property at severe risk due to your complete incompetence! I now have to leave sandbags at the front of my drive and I’m getting sick of being ignored by you and united utilities! This is your issue I have held off improving my driveway because I don’t want it damaged by water coming off your highway if the issue was the other way round you would be forcing me to stop water going on the highway off my property! I eagerly await a response!
