Grass verge bordering the frontage of 15 and 17 Carnoustie Dr

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6211828.

I've spoken with the Highways Dept which referred me to you. The grass verge in question has been mown by myself since November 1986. The Council workers have never cut the grass and have stated it is 'private land' and not their responsibility. Highways Dept dispute this so I would like to understand when you intend to start cutting the strip of land. Please be aware due to the narrowness of the strip and the presence of trees it will not allow sit on mower access.
