Flooding- persistent. Reported previously- nothing actioned

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6206916.

Flooding present today as is every time it rains. Reported numerous times. Likely gulleys being full of debris. Flooding spreads across carriageway and deep meaning cars have to invade road with oncoming traffic. Please resolve- it's not a difficult problem to resolve.
