Corner of summer drive and Palmer road

Reported via desktop in the Hedge/Tree Maintenance category anonymously at 20:05, Tuesday 25 June 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6154509.

Despite contacting the management team that is supposed to be responsible for this area they have not done anything about it. The grit bin is now completely covered as is the signage. Plus this is growing rapidly into my garden. Below are the email addresses for contacting the management company. enquiries@estatespm.co.uk Yasmin.dunn@estatespm.co.uk

Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.

Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.

We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.

    Thank you for your patience.

  • This is not part of the adopted highway network, so we do not maintain it. You can search for the roads we maintain on our gazetteer: https://maps.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ ce/ adoptedroadsgazetteer/ Search.aspx. The adjacent landowners are usually responsible for maintenance. You should either contact them or the local Residents Association to let them know about the problem. We are unable to pass on details about the landowner, but you can find out information about them through The Land Registry: https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry
