Road grid outside 64 Ullswater

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6084600.

The grid is completely blocked and rain water is standing for a long time. The grid is located outside 64 Ullswater, the grid is at the bottom of a decline so a lot of water gathers very quickly.
