Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6030313.

Large pot hole that has been reported many times for at least 4 months, last update response was on April 19th! It is not even marked up yet so doesn’t appear to even have been assessed let alone work scheduled. It is on the road right on the entrance to the Health Centre and is difficult to avoid.
