At roughly 18:00 hours the men clearing 218’s construction waste for the owners deposited the last load from their transit tipper wagon into the middle of the alley as apparently the owners of 218 hadn’t paid them. This has blocked our access out of our yard and means our car is currently stuck in there and given my current medical condition undergoing a 7 day heart monitor if I do have any further medical issues an ambulance would have to be called rather than us get to A&E by our own means. Additionally neither I nor my partner are able to remove the waste as a recent operation means my partner cannot lift anything heavy for the next four weeks
