Action scheduled
Bank Lane from Macclesfield road, located just after first bend
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 10:25, Friday 24 May 2024
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6015145.
The same area keeps flooding, this area was drained only 2 weeks ago and has flooded again. We are a day nursery at the top of bank lane, the flood has now become unpassable to access the day nursery for staff and parents. Additional to this there are road closures between 9am and 4pm at the opposite end of bank lane on the Buxton Road so the nursery is not accessible this way. This is affecting business as parents are struggling to reach us between 9am and 4pm and staff are unable to come and leave between those times too.
