Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6013132.
The grid is blocked and the one on opposite side by 75/77. The water sits on carriage way. When vehicles drive through it splashes over pavement and also people if on pavement. This has been raised numerous times over the years and CEC still have not rectified.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not attend before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
