Outside the first house on Green Lane flooding over the whole of a difficult passing road and encroaching on property

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6008810.

Total flood everytime there is a little rain and it will honestly get a whole lot worse in the forecadted 24hrs. The drain is totally blocked. This problem has been an issue for several months… i hoped it would have cleared but it has gotten worse and it creates a massive hazzard not only to my property but more importantly to people walking past and traffic which can be cars which struggle passing side by side anyways but horses etc… really its such an issue… if i could address it myself i would
