This drain is a constant issue with road flooding and traffic/HGVs hitting it at 50mph plus which is very dangerous the farm has dug the field up next to the drain were I think it would have discharged into a ditch years ago but has been filled in please can you send someone to inspect the big drain on the grass verge. Many thanks Gareth
