Complaint Regarding Road Fault Causing Noise, Vibration, and Property Damage, Noticeable in the Last 3 Months
The heavy volume of traffic using Station Road to avoid Alsager High Street is contributing to poor road conditions.
When vehicles, particularly heavy vans and trucks, pass over this damaged section, it creates loud noise and deep thud vibrations. These vibrations are intense that they cause the house to shake, which has resulted in noticeable cracks in the plasterwork and potential damage to the ceiling.
Given the potential for long-term structural damage to my property, I urge the council to address this matter with the utmost urgency. I request an immediate inspection and prompt repair of the damaged road to prevent further harm.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
