Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5988735.

The HGV's are hitting this uneven road surface extremely hard, every day except Sundays. It’s always around 3-5am. This is creating unacceptable levels of noise at early hours of the morning and vibrations. This has been reported numerous times, and it’s getting ridiculous that nothing is getting sorted.
