West Road, on the 'two lane' length approaching the roundabout with the Clayton Bypass

Reported via desktop in the Lining category anonymously at 20:27, Saturday 11 May 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5960783.

As reported in both Sept last year (ref:5014057) and January this year (ref: 5400264). The lane marking is almost non-existent, giving rise to poor lane dsicipline even in daylight, where eastbound vehicles in the 'right-hand' lane are straying into the lane for westbound vehicles. I'd like to know why nothing has been done to remedy this after nearly 8 months.
