The area of grass at the bottom of the footbridge over Hibel Rd

Reported via mobile in the Weeds category anonymously at 13:49, Thursday 9 May 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5951392.

Please can you look at this space. It has a lot of potential but no one seems to have got to grips with it in years. It's at the foot of the pedestrian bridge over Hibel Road, where it comes down and meets Cumberland Street. It's so close to the town centre and hundreds of people a day use this bridge. At the moment visitors to the vets use it as a dog toilet, but if it looked tidier, they might pick up after. The town council did tidy it last year but it is not their responsibility
