Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5949294.

Blocked drain in pavement. Whenever it rains, it floods and foul smelling water runs over the pavement. Not pleasant to walk through or have pets walk through. Hopefully just needs unblocking so it can run freely again.
