Mound on Lavenham Close

Have noticed the grass verges etc on the Tytherington Estate have been cut twice now, but once again the mound on Lavenham Close has been missed out. This happens every year, that once the verges start to get cut on the Estate, one of us on Lavenham have to remind the council to cut the grass on Lavenham too. Also, in the past, when they do come eventually to cut, they just seem to mow the top of the mound and fail to cut the sides. So, from eye level it doesn't look cut! Hope you can help with this matter as the cul-de-sac is beginning to look very untidy. Also, would you know who to contact about the old, rusty railings around the mound, they desperately need a paint! Many thanks for your help.
