Opposite the entrance to the Edgerton Arms

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 21:53, Friday 26 April 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5904283.

The carriage way has a number of potholes that have been present for over 2 months and are increasing in size and depth every day. Cars are constantly slowing down before the section with potholes in an attempt to avoid these and I witnessed a car completely swerve onto the opposite side of the carriageway at rush hour this morning. This is extremely dangerous given the junction for Astbury church is meters away and this junction is known as an accident hotspot where serious collisions occur.
