Ashley Road between North Lodge & 'I Want Trees'

Reported via desktop in the Footway category anonymously at 08:57, Thu 18 April 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5868578.

The kerbs are lower than the road level, cars, tractors and lorries regularly mount the pavement and drive onto the path here where the path is either always flooded and slippery with mud, or like just after Ashley Mill Lane the path is barely a foot wide and lorries miss you by inches because there's no raised kerb protection. As per the photo the paths also need raising 5" because the lowest point will always fill with water. Walking on the road in a 60mph limit is dangerous to pedestrians. THIS NEEDS FIXING BEFORE BRITFEST. These paths are dangerous.
