Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 17:19, Sun 14 April 2024
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5850892.
This pothole has been reported several times already but nothing has been done to fix or warn people of just how dangerous this area is. I was cautiously riding my bike very slowly through the water which un be known to me was concealing several potholes. My front wheel fell into one of these pot holes that was so deep, it caused me to fly over my handle bars causing injury to my shoulder, wrist, hands, and face and also damaging my bike. I understand that there are lots of pot holes on the roads currently, but the ones that are hidden under water in areas prone to flooding that have already been reported need to be fixed urgently, or at least some signage to warn cyclists and vehicles of hidden potholes to stop this from happening again to someone else. To not do anything poses serious injury to any cyclist who rides through this area.
