Blind comer on Coole lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5849982.

Road regularly flooded. Mudd on road. Drains blocked. Tankers cars and lorries emergency braking as don't see flood fae enough ahead. Have tried clearing mud from road. Now large chunks of gravel and stone and car debris
