Road surface is broken and cracked. Potholes regularly forming as a result. Small postage stamp repairs performed 2 months ago within the brokenbroad surface. New potholes formed the following month. These have been reported and are now to be "Fixed" with new small patches marked for repair but within the same broken tarmac. Any chance of repairing the broken road surface causing the potholes rather than plugging the holes within it as sections inevitably and repeatedly breakup.
