Outside newbie and me
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5842096.
Drains are blocked due to silt. Causing huge puddles outside my property. Meaning I have to wade through it to get inside my door to the flat upstairs.
United utilities have been out but this is a council issue.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not attend before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
