10 metres from junction of Chester Road and Grasmere Drive, Holmes Chapel.

Reported via desktop in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:00, Wed 10 April 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5833019.

This drain area broke away as it is often hit by HGVs. I reported this approx 4 months ago. It is close to a bus stop and where school children are nearby. Asphalt pieces were flying around and pedestrians were drenched with water thrown up by vehicles. It was repaired quickly at that time….but badly !!! and is now breaking up again. It could be dangerous with a large piece of newish asphalt coming free from the poor repair. Please visit and do a better repair job this time, please. Every visit must cost us all a lot of money and time….please can you get it right this second time. This is polite and considered, I am sure. Thanks. Thanks.
