Grass services area on RHS of Redhank Drive just before the entrance to the Sandhills developmemt

As can be clearly seen from the attached photo, what I can only assume, that some selfish neighbours have carved up the well maintained grass services area to form what looks like a bmx jump track. This is unsightly and needs flattening out and reseeding so that the grass can be restored for the enjoyment of all the residents.
