Manhole cover on junction of Heyes lane and oakfield road

There is a manhole cover which has worked its way lose. It is raised now and also now moves around a few inches when you apply pressure. This could be dangerous over time but is also causing a noise nuisance when vehicles pass over it. It’s a busy road and so a real problem.
