Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 13:12, Friday 22 March 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5753165.

When it a pothole not a pot hole? Its a hole that i can put my arm into what you cant see from the picture is the depth of the hole where the ground underneath the tarmac has eroded away the whole area approx 1m sq is hollow under the tarmac. Its a sink hole and is highly dangerous as someone could fall in and break their leg or it will give way under a car. You have been warned previously about this in feb and its getting worse by the day. There is also another sink hole forming close by
