Salisbury Avenue. Entrance/exit from Nantwich road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5748715.
There are large, deep potholes all over the road surface on this stretch of road. They are getting worse, and causing damage to cars. There are loose chippings, and deep puddles. The road surface has been patched up In the past which helped for a little while, maybe a full re-surface would last the test of time on such a busy thoroughfare I am aware of cost and time pressures that the council are experiencing , but quick resolution would be greatly appreciated by all residents and road users.
