Cross Lane from the bottom of the bank where it is flooded to Deers Green Farm

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 13:36, Thu 21 March 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5748449.

Cross Lane has many large deep potholes all along it from the bottom of the bank where it is always flooded right through to Deers Green Farm. The potholes are too many to count or report individually as they are merging into one. Drivers are swerving up the side of the lane to avoid getting car damage and the lane is getting almost impassable. The potholes are so deep and large that even ducks have taken to swimming in them!! The potholes have been present since the last time you looked at them and have been degrading for the last 12 months.

We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
