Stone pillar adjacent to the bus stop

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5733534.

There is a man who two tomes a day, every day dumps a huge bag of food on top of this pillar. Bread, chicken, potatoes and more. the ravens come and have some. this caused huge noise and poo issues. Then the rats come and its impacting all the houses. Hes been asked to stop but wont. Its really causing pest issues and the food is left to go rotten or blow away and he keeps adding to it.
