The yellow zig zags lines outside the school are becoming faded. Some parents already feel it acceptable to park on them, but I feel with the lines becoming faded, they have a bit of a defence in their unjustified actions. Can I please request that the yellow lines are re-painted and consideration given to lines being painted on the opposite side of the road outside the school too? I've seen many incidents where parents drop their children off on the opposite side of the road and other vehicles try to overtake the parked car whilst children are crossing over. This has been going on for a number of years now and I feel its only a matter of time until a child is seriously hurt trying to cross the road to go to school.
