There comes a time when one has to say you are acting with such belligerence and negligence with the intentional act of deception when you have had 20 plus reports and you visit and turn a blind eye to blockages to make fundamental false claims your ditch next to our property is not blocked.
This is being referred to the LGSCO I'm not listening to the vile nonsense you make and the false and wilful claims of no blockages when your ditch has been in this state for over 2 years you have known about it but chosen to mislead and make false claims of no blockages which you know is totally un true.

We deal with defects based on the level of immediate risk. We keep all Cheshire East adopted roads and highway assets safe through our routine safety inspections.
