Edge of the road, by the kerb, between layby & traffic lights

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5703464.

Huge hole causing vehicles to swerve to avoid. Car in front of me didn't, went partially in it, their car visibly toppled, a wave of water was thrown out of the hole & the bloke nearly went into someone trying to recover.
