Outside entrance to Vets car park on Ashbrook road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5699011.

There are 4-5 large potholes in the carriageway outside the entrance to the vets car park. These have been “repaired” back in February but have crumbled and are now worse than ever.
