A drain fully is blocked leading to the pavement and roadway to 5 houses being regularly flooded whenever there is moderate rainfall. This puddle expands and extends for some distance done the road due to the blocked/possibly collapsed drain in this location. The pavement here is impassible after moderate rain and on this corner that cars come around very fast it is not a good place to have to cross the road to get around the puddle. When large, the puddle extends out into the road way and can cause passing cars to swerve into the other lane to pass it.
