Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5662894.

The drain has been blocked for a long time we were asked to move our car so they could get the truck in and they had one to clean and they would be back we moved it straight away but they didn’t come back with all the rain we have been having the road floods really bad we can’t even get in the car the water comes over our shoes
