Double pothole opposite Mount Pleasant

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5645720.
This pothole has been growing in diameter and depth for over a month and because vehicles swerve to avoid it a 2nd is developing in the centre of the road.
The depth of the left hole is almost up to my ankle (over a hand in height))
It caused a puncture today that requires a new tyre at the cost of £160.
