Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5645236.

Hedges and paths cleared on this stretch of Dean Row Road, but this section missed - the workers on the day said they were going to do it, but didn't. Build up of leaves and moss, hedge growth all impacting on the pavement.
