Booth Lane close to junction with Mill Lane, Moston

Reported via desktop in the Street Name Plates category by Dave Nixon, Moston Parish Council at 22:23, Thursday 22 February 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5618072.

Booth Lane street sign stolen. In September 2021 the parish council, wishing to save Cheshire East Council expenditure, restored the old Booth Lane Sign which had been there for years. A photo is attached just before concreting the restored sign back in place. Unfortunately the Booth Lane sign has now been stolen by the removal of the 4 securing bolts. The frame remains firmly in place. The parish council and residents are upset about this theft, especially after the work which took place back in September 2021. Are you please able to replace this sign, if fixing is a problem Moston Parish Council would do it ?
