Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5614710.

Persistent large flood on the carriageway. Nearly covering the whole road. Risk of aquaplaning for vehicles. Cyclists and pedestrians not able to enter the club easily. Issues has been there for approx 7 days
