Numerous pot holes

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5586722.

Numerous pot holes on both side of the carriageway. However whilst waiting behind a car today I noticed that next to the verge there is WATER bubbling up through the concrete continuously which is eroding the side of the road and is what caused the awful ice a couple of weeks ago. I suggest you look at this urgently
